If you then decide you would like us to work together, please send me a message either on here or my business page messenger. During this conversation, please let me know if you wish for any additions to be added, such as names or backgrounds.
My waiting lists vary, I will always let you know what timescale we are looking at when you book so you know when to expect the portrait to be started.
To book a place in my queue I require a 50% non refundable deposit. This is also not refunded if you change your mind or circumstances change.
I send an invoice to your email address with a link for you to click to take you through to the payment page. There are several payment methods to choose from.
The deposit secures your place in my queue, and when your turn comes around I will message you to ask for the remaining balance to be paid prior to starting.
During the process, I will keep you updated with the progress and during this time, you are able to tell me any reasonable adjustments to the portrait. Please be aware that any significant changes will incur an additional fee for the time and materials taken to adjust.
All portraits are sent via UK and International Royal Mail. UK is sent Special Next Day Before 1pm Delivery. International is fully tracked for delivery within 5-7 days depending worldwide where it is going to. I will send you the tracking number when it has been sent so you can track the progress.
If your portraits are damaged in transit, I will need you to contact me immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will then work to get it resolved.

The artist retains all copyright of the finished artwork.
The finished artwork may be used by the client for display and personal enjoyment only.
No prints or copies shall be made, or profit gained in any way, from the finished artwork by the client, without the express written permission of the artist.
The artist retains the right to use the image for advertising artistic services, through printed adverts (e.g. flyers) and digital/social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
The artist retains the right to use the image on printed products (e.g. greetings cards, prints and other merchandise) where appropriate.
